Locations



The Exam Schedule lists locations where DEP conducts operator certification tests. Check out the individual exam pages for additional guidelines, terms and conditions and exam content. If you require special accommodations due to chronic illness or visual or hearing impairment, you should contact the exam provider directly. Make sure to submit a thorough documentation at the time of registration.

The Faculty Dashboard in Workday has the option of "View My Teaching Schedule" that allows faculty to locate their exam schedules. The Registrar's Office also has a list of exam times for the classes that must take an exam as per NYSED regulations. For evening classes final exams are scheduled at the normal class time during the final week of exams.

Registration

The exam schedule is accessible online and students are advised to look it up. It is important to keep in mind that the final schedule of exams may change at any time. Students should therefore check with their instructors for the exact time and date of their test. Students should also print the official list to bring with them to the exam.

Students must also familiarize themselves with the guidelines and terms of the exam in addition to the exam schedule. These are accessible on the exam's individual page. Upon registration, students acknowledge that they agree to these conditions and terms.

Exam sites make every effort to accommodate those with special requirements. The nature and severity of these needs must be declared on the registration and confirmed by a physician's attestation. The locations of the exam must respect and maintain confidentiality.

If you have completed your studies at Elan Academy and wish to receive the Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (start German 1), you must pay the examination fee. This fee is in addition the course fee.
